It might be a little too early to being those steals. You have a healthy stack and no real need to take risks for a pot that only raises your 40bb stack by 3.5bb

I think its time for him to start stealing the blinds Marg (look at the other stacks at the table).

I'd def. call here, maybe even 3-bet shove if he's been playing aggressively. He's likely to fold a lot here to a 3-bet shove.

Range I'd put him on- 67s+,22+,Ax,Kx,Q7+,J8+.
