13/2 stats don't jibe with a lot of raises over the last 10 hands unless you have a lot of hands on him in which case he was a stone cold nut then.

Why are you set-mining here? If you think he's on tilt and raising ATC then 3-bet preflop here. If you respect his EP raise then fold preflop.

This flop really didn't improve your hand that much so why the 3-bet on the flop?

Hmm, you probably have 10 outs, and thus pretty good equity in the pot. If he's holding AA, for example, you have 39%. If he has AsKs you have 52%. Even if he flopped a set with 66,77,99 you still have 31.5%. It costs you 98000 to call a pot of 143000 or almost 1.5 : 1. So you need 40% equity for a call to break even.

I'd probably fold unless you really think he's tilted and there's a pretty good chance he's bluffing.

I think given your read the check raise on the flop is ok, but agree with Jilly you might be better off 3-betting pf unless you think he's so tilted he'll never fold. His 3-bet shove on the flop probably means he's serious. Not sure though, could still be a semi-bluff.

What was our plan when we check-raised this flop? (if we don't have a plan.. then why do it?).
also, I don't like a 3bet pre vs. someone we figure is tilting... I mean what's our plan there? 3bet/F ? I don't mind flatting in BB - - we're both really deep.
