$5 NL HE: $$5 NL HE: Help me count outs on this flop

ME: 8s 9s

HIM: Ah Qc

FLOP: 6h 7s Js

I count 15, but when I run the hand at cardplayer.com it says I'm 68.9% to win the hand. I only count the straight outs as 6 and the flush outs as 9 equals 15. Which in my simple in my head math gives me about 60%. They must count 8 outs for the straight and 9 for the flush this equals 17 and I calculate this (in my head) to 68%

My question. Is it safe to count the same card twice as the clearly do at cardplayer.com

Please share some logical thoughts or opinons

Peace!

An eight or nine also gives you the best hand...

But you have to subtract out the non-spade combos where you get counterfeited like KxTx, Ax8x, Qx9x etc.
