5 card draw dealt trips

Can you get away from this predraw somehow? Or was I playing it right and got unlucky with what I ran into? I would find it hard to get away from this before the draw.

maybe think of your trip threes as pocket threes in HE, if early, limp. good chance somebody in LP has a made hand and they're gonna try and milk you. Fold em to a big raise, trips aren't uncommon in five card, so if you get trips they better be high. Pay attention to how many cards your opponents throw away. You should be able to to get a pretty good read on your opponents right away.

It kinda looks like you didn't wanna believe he had the better hand, I would have folded to the reraise. Or called then checked (if your hand doesnt improve), especially after seeing him throw 2 cards away (trips looking to make quads). He could have made a flush too but you don't wanna get all your chips in before you know you don't have the best hand.

Overvalued and overbet the trip 3's. I would have called villain's first re-raise. See the draw - that's what it's for. Trip 3's is not an outstandingly strong hand and not worthy of an all-in predraw IMO.
