$5.50 NL HE: CC buy-in in the small blind with 99 vs SS

This hand has been driving me crazy ever since yesterdays CC buy-in on FT.

10 players left 9 get paid.

could I, should I have played this differently. I just don't see how. I cant fold to a 3 bet and I dont thinking open folding is an option. What do you guys think.

Don't see anything wrong with how you played this.

In hand 2 you're M is small enough to shove with A3 imo.

In Hand 1 might it be worth just raising instead of going all in order to entice a resteal with weaker hands, although that could backfire if he flats and overcards fall?
