Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 100/78/1.2

BB: t1235 M = 82.33
Hero (BTN/SB): t1765 M = 117.67

Pre Flop: (t15) Hero is BTN/SB with J 6 7 9
Hero calls t5, BB raises to t30, Hero calls t20

Flop: (t60) 8 5 J (2 players)
BB bets t60, Hero raises to t240, BB raises to t780, Hero raises to t1735 all in, BB calls t425 all in

Turn: (t2470) 8 (2 players - 2 are all in)

River: (t2470) K (2 players - 2 are all in)

Ok so the reason why i got it in is I had TP but had a wrap around the straight also with a backdoor flush of heart. Not looking to hit a flush more or less looking to hit my straight. I have seen villian really push low draw so i figured it could be a split pot if he hits. what do u guys think about the play. Was it a dumb play to jus get it in like that???

I don't play O8, but as a rule of thumb in any game, when heads-up, I don't like to get all-in during low blind play with only a draw (although is it a very good draw).

Not crazy about the play for a chance at splitting the pot.

Fold preflop, or raise (I'd prefer a fold). Limping is silly. This hand is pretty trashy, we don't have an equity edge even if our opponent is playing 100% of his hands (which he is). So you're just putting in money with a bad hand and no initiative. Not really a recipe for success IMO.

Postflop, raising is pretty bad. This early in a tournament, we only have a 7% edge over the top 30% of hands.

Just call, see what the turn brings. Nines, tens, jacks make us pretty happy.

Also, I wouldn't call this draw "very good" since our low draw blows. I'd much rather have A3JX or A29T in this spot. Its a split pot game, so you need to think about your equity in both pots. In the high pot, we're doin' rather well, and we're prolly at least a 2:1 favorite there. But we're probably a 2:1 dog in the low pot (hence why we're a flip with most decent O8 hands).
