Please use the hand converter next time, because it makes the hand history so much easier to read. With that out of the way it was an UTG open, but you started with less than 20 bigs, and your jamming range should be something like 88+, AJ+, KQ, A9s+, QTs+. You can use software to find the exact range, but I am not going to do that, since its kind of complicated with PKO hands.

And even if I am slightly off here, QQ is certainly not the hand, you should be in dought about, since its extremely high in your range. I sense, that this is one of those results oriented posts, where the hand only gets shared, because you happened to lose it. But losing is part of poker, and if its your turn to die in a tournament, then its your turn to die. After all the whole idea of a tournament is to bust everyone, until only the final winner is left.

Being under the gun he gets a little more credit for having a hand. It also depends on your read of your opponent and what hands you have seen him raise with in early position- if this includes hands like 88 + A J. If you were a little deeper stacked you could just call and use your position to your advantage, but that leaves you open to the blinds squeezing.

I think you played very well. You are under 20 BB, against the chip leader (who, in general, will be playing more hands looking for possible bounties), and also, he is raising to 3x. Unless you have a read that he raises big with strong hands and raises to 2x—2.5x with other hands (which I don't think is likely in the final table of a $5 tourney), this all-in is mandatory. When he folds (most likely), we get good increase on our stack, when he calls, we will be ahead a lot of times.
I don't think that ICM will play a role to make you fold this. If you would be in a Sunday Million Anniversaty Edition final table, where the payjumps are so high and this is a final table so difficult to achieve, ICM would have a major impact and you might wait for the short stack to bust, but here, a regular tournament, QQ in this situation is a decent shove.
