should I be stacking off AK everytime 40bb? or just with this type of opponent? Not including the flush draw

depends of course. but in general if you are not willing to get a lot of chips in when you actually hit your A or K, then it's pretty silly calling the 3bet to start with.

When you say "this type of opponent" it worries me a bit because you only have 15 hands on him, he's playing 20/20 which isn't tight, and his 3bet is really wide at 22% however 15 hands is essentially nothing, so he has 3bet around 3-4 hands? Since his vpip and pfr are tight i would assume he has a clue about what he's doing. That said i would think he 3bets with a somewhat decent range here pre flop, slightly looser than the average regs perhaps.

Anyways, once you call preflop you really do what to have a plan as you are going to be missing flops 2/3rds of the time and it's always hard to extract value with AK if you do hit unless villian has a lot of stuff we dominate in his range. Like if he has JJ and we hit an A or K, immediately he has to deal with overs and can put us on A/K so easily. Basically before you hit that call button pre flop, ask yourself are you willing to play in a big pot if you hit and A/K vs this opponent? if the answer is yes then go ahead with that plan postflop, if the answer is no (he might be a super nit) then folding preflop is not a bad idea at all.

that is about the best flop ever. If I am a little bit shorter stacked I'll check with the intention of check-raising all in.

but with the stacks as they are, I think I prefer leading out to build a pot that you are clearly the favorite in. you are crushing just about everything in his perceived range except AA and KK (both of which are less likely due to you holding AK). Sometimes he'll jam over our flop bet with AK to "protect" against the draw and then we're freerolling.

This.

I mean as WiZZiM says calling to then potentially want to fold on a Ace or King high flop is just terrible.

TPTK vs an aggro player even though only a few hands, regardless when stack sizes are like 40-50bb, it's like the nuts in tournaments so stack it off. To be honest though, my default on this stack size would be wanting to get as much money in pre as possible so I'm just stacking off pre is possible and for sure on at some point in the hand given the board.
