I would go with FOLD, the hand because the CO entered from All In, even though the hero has ATs the Range of the UTG and the SB must be very strong to go all-in with few blinds, the CO has a strong enough hand to cover the UTG and isolate the others, probably the UTG has QQ+, the CO 99+; AJo+ and SB QQ+. These are ranges with good equity for shorts and the CO can afford to lose 6bb without harming his tournament. I don't like the idea of risking going further in the tournament for 2 rewards.

We have 26x 7.5=195$ in bounties available and a wide range from the CO shove ---We can call here as we are often ahead of the CO range- CO should be shoving AXs KXs QXs hands -Pairs below T etc. If we win here we also have a much stronger stack to get more bounties and to FT - If CO had KK we have 32% equity and 26x bounties- calling here is fine-

We only have to outlast CO, and we are even winners in this party without picking up bounties (37bbs- 39bbs - 61.5bbs). As Eetenor mentioned, it could not only give us a chance to pick up bounties, but even more give us such a good shape to go further, that I would gamble here as well >> We would be just or clear table-leaders.
