Chelseak1988 balance 1780, didn't bet (folded)

I knew I likely had the best hand but I'm new to DONs so I'm not sure but I think this is a correct spot to fold. I then Bubbled the tournament a number of hands when I made the mistake of shoving AK and got snap called by Q10 and he hit a 10

Bubbled another one where I shoved A9 on the bubble into the other player that had just a tiny bit over me he snapped me off with 66 and it held. what am I doing wrong?

And I just lost another one where I shoved over two limpers only to be up against KK

I'm sick of being out classed all the time

And another one this time I shoved on the bubble with 33 and was anapped off by 9,10 why am I so bad at these DONs :(

I guess it was at the beginning of the tourney. I think I would call the allin with AK. This is almoust the best hand. If an A or K shows up on the board, it's usually the winning hand. ;)

It was a six handed double or nothing. I thought you had to have a pretty strong hand to call an all in, especially vs two players

I want to cry, its been like 20 mins and I keep losing DONs when people call my shoves with weak hands this time my A8 getting cracked on the bubble by A2.I thought you had to have a strong hand to call a shove on the bubble in a double or nothing, isn't that what ICM is all about?

With a 3 bet all-in in a double or nothing I would fold as well. with being a flip against any pair I don't think it is worth the risk

well, you had 30bb and the opponent that shoved all in also, or maybe near 40bb. You had a great hand, but I don't understand why you didn't 3bet the first raise, you didn't know somebody was going to shove all in. I would have called, and it was the right move, cause you will win in the long term.

I play 10-player DoN's on Carbon and while I don't have a huge amount of experience, I'm kind of reluctant to put AKo all in preflop up against two other hands in these types of tournaments when there's no benefit to finishing in first place. That said, AK still is a hand where if it's early in the tournament you should probably just put your chips in the middle and hope for the best.

Usually when there's a shove and a re-shove from what I've seen somebody has a premium pair, which you definitely don't want to see, but I've seen people shoving drawing hands like in this situation too. Always 3-bet pre if you have AK, you want to chase out speculators.
