Both have been playing pretty passively. If they do call my raise they fold/check the flop.

Unless the blinds are uberLAG habitual blind defenders this looks like a pretty standard raise. You're in LP, it's been folded to you, and you have room to fold if shoved on (and will usually be in position if called).
