5 folds, CO calls t30, BTN calls t30, Hero raises to t180, BB calls t150, CO calls t150, BTN calls t150

Flop: (t720) 3:diamond: 7:heart: K:club: (4 players)
Hero bets t240

I'm not sure how I should have played this one. Perhaps I should simply limp on the SB instead and try to trap some players with QT. Perhaps I should have raised less? I think they would call 5 BB as lightly as 6, but don't I want more money in the pot? Maybe I should not be doing a c-bet as 3 players where in the pot, seems unlikely they would have a piece of that though. I'm thinking that this play is good in a MTT but not in a SnG since I should be trying to preserve my stack, so maybe a 4 BB would have been optimal or a limp.

EDIT: I bet so small because I didn't want to commit to much of my stack and I thought 240 would be adequate since it is a decent proportion of our stakes. However, looking back on it I think 240 is too small and should have went 320

I like completing better, but the iso-raise is okay. You gotta check the flop after whiffing with three players left to act. Like you said, if you bet more than you did, you're gonna commit yourself, but you won't take the pot down with the bet you did make. Just save your monies, maybe get a free card if you're really lucky.

The preflop raise is fine, whenever you limp a hand like that preflop, god kills a puppy. checking on the flop is quite standard seeing as a Kx hand is definitely in there range.

As above on the flop action - I think we pretty much have to check it and it's fold if someone bets. As played it's definitely a fold if we get raised.

Preflop I tend to agree, you're getting called by much the same range whether you raise to 150 or 180. I probably go to 150ish since we've got much the same fold equity in either case and the times we get called we're at least playing a slightly smaller pot OOP, which sucks slightly less.

I'm not so much against just completing preflop either. Occasionally we'll flop big and get paid, most of the time we'll hit something like top pair and maybe win a small pot or we'll whiff and fold. Much the same applies to the times where we raise - we give ourselves an extra chance to win a small pot by having everyone fold preflop but we lose a lot more when we whiff and fold, and the pot is so small that it's going to be insignificant in the greater context of the game so it's probably not worth taking the risk of raising.
