I shove all day long. You can't always count on that guy being knocked out and even if he is you aren't in great shape after the blinds pass you. No way you can throw away such a strong hand here. If you get knocked out in the unlikely chance that you get called(and beat in showdown) then so be it. It wasn't your tourney is all and move on to the next.

That's my opinion.

No brainer shove. Ideal position, pretty good hand, I would even hope to get called by some A-rag.

It's not exactly a no-brainer, as UTG is going to be committed to the next hand.

However this may still be a shove, because both blinds are tight and we are not exactly in great shape - if UTG doubles up somehow and we hit the blinds, now we're in a virtual tie for last.

Wait what am I missing? You have 5bb you win 1.5+antes if you shove and they fold. You know there's more money for 1st than 3rd right? It's fine to err a bit on the side of folding profitable spots on the bubble but this has got to be at least a blind in ev that you'd be passing up on by folding, easy shove and you probably should have shoved before you got to 5bb unless you lost a flip to get this shallow.
