How would you play it ?

Flop he checks , I have Ok hand ,so I bet 1/2 waiting for fold, He calls

his check-raise on turn is very strong. therefore I fold

If he was on the draw he now had it, Is it better option to check behind turn and fold/check river if I dont improve or check behind turn and check/call the river.

It is unlikely that he have flush, but villain raise turn on blank card, this means a very strong range.

Flop better pot control and only check, you have only 2nd pair with bad kicker, on wet board villain can call with very wide range, so it is better to avoid such marginal situations when small pot..
