$3.30 NL HE Deep Stacked: overpair with 2 biggest stacks

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 23/17/3.5

338 player tournament, just got to the final table and was presented with this interesting spot.

We are the two chip leaders and the payout structure is listed below. Villain has made a few funky plays throughout the tournament but I hadn't seen him raise with air at all. The reason I didn't 3 bet here pre-flop is because his fold to 3 bet was 20% and I didnt really want a monster pot if overcards were to come on the flop...

The reason I wanted to post this is mainly to ask if this would be a -ev hand to carry on with. Also, if you think I should fold this, what would you get stacks in here with, if at all?

A min raise from EP and then another min-raise over your flop bet just screams AA/KK/QQ to me.

The hand converter is alil confusing.

Did you limp preflop? Or just call his raise? and then it looks like you donk into him?

When fishing and missing, I fold to his reraise. Too large of a range can beat you. (even 8/8, 10/10)

I would have checked post-flop too for the possible chance of either a free card, or the opportunity to check-raise if he bets weak (less than pot).

PokerStove says you are 75/25 against any random hands, but I don't think villian has any two paint cards or AK/AQ.

Ok, I'm not really too fussed about what hand he has. The question I'm asking is, Is it ever ok to get the two chip leaders stacks in at this point of the tournament without the absolute nuts?
