I 3 bet preflop because i think my hand is the best. I c bet flop because i think my hand the best and can get value from worse. Im not sure why i check the turn but sometimes i do that to induce a bluff or to just try get to showdown and pot control. I bet on river for value

Bet the turn, you have TPTK on a fairly dry board, you're losing value by checking. The river bet is terrible, you only have 1 pair and are gaining zero info on your opponent's hand by leading out the river. Rarely will a better hand pay you off. x/c the river makes decisions easier and less exploitable.

Yes ,mistake what you not bet in turn , miss more value because villain can have draw or top pair with bad kicker.....
In river i am only pot control and check , would give a chance to bluff villain...
Anyway ahead or behind already , we call this bet, only if he not bet much....

I size larger on the flop so if I check the turn (reasonable against guys you expect to bet a lot) I'm usually doing so intending to check - jam and my stack is sized better for that with the larger flop bet.

As played I don't mind the little blocking bet on end, but it's also pretty transparent that you're capped (no really strong hands) with your line and a good hand reader may shove over top of you.
