I felt sick missing that set on the turn, but given situation was it a good fold?
I was one table away from the final and I had it in mine to try to stck up a bit more before it.

give it up after you get two calls on the flop

check/fold time on the turn, don't even bet there's literally no point you are just bluffing.

Agree with the two above posts, this is a terrible flop to lead 3ways with middle pair and a terrible kicker. Once the turn hits, you should be in check/fold mode since it is obvious you are beat.

The fact that you would have hit the river is irrelevant, you are 11% 3ways on the turn if you call the re-raise.
