$.25 NLHE MTT: 3 bet sizing question

Am I correct to 3bet here with a minraise and a flat ahead of me from the BTN? Was my sizing correct? I didn't expect 2 callers!

I think folding on the flop was correct as well when the HJ shoves to the BB's minbet. The flop missed me completely, obviously, so pretty easy fold. I have lost so many chips with AJo in the last several months

I like the squeeze here with AJ, but maybe the sizing could be a bit smaller like 10BB rather than 12BB, especially since you were only facing a min-raise.

As you say an easy fold.

You played it perfectly but sometimes it doesn't go your way. I was surprised to see them both call also but what can you do, you can make the right move but that was out of your control. The fact that both called diminished your chances to win considerably. Unlucky, but a disciplined fold and you move on

I'm a bit hesitant personally to 3bet this because HJ call is pretty strong. That said, calling and folding both seem bad to me here as well. Calling to go probably 4 way to the flop with aj off is really bad, and folding aj to a min raise is super nitty. Based on all that I can understand the 3bet. I agree 12 is probably a little too much but not terrible because you really don't want action.

Flop is a clear fold.
