$.25 NL HE: AQ OOP against a 2xBB raise

Im in the BB on the bubble in a 90 man tourney. My villain has been raising and stealing blinds often, as well as calling raises with marginal hands. I figure I will re-raise the PF raise even though I'll be OOP. I'm hoping for a fold (which one of my villains does), and the other calls. I hit my flop with TPTK and am up for a c-bet. Should I shove here or make a standard c-bet? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

ok so u have about 3200 chips left OOF so now u know in ur mind there is no way ur getting away from ur hand and there is a very decent chance ur opponent is drawing very thin. i would make a relatively small bet to make it look like u missed but r trying to make a small c-bet cos ur stack is small in relation to the pot size. Bet about 1000 or 1100 to induce a shove from villian.

have to agree with trew

Either shoving allin or c-betting are ok here IMO, if the villan is a thinking player

he has to realise that any bet from you at this point ties you to the pot. If he

calls your c-bet the only card that you dont wanna see is a King and if hecalled

with Kx he only has 3 outs. so, I lean more towards a c-bet on flop and then

shoving the turn. Being on the bubble you just gotta hope he has KQ and you

are gonna double through him. If he got tricky and flat called with AA or KK then

he's lucky you hit what you did and he's gonna stack you regardless. GL

Thanks very much for the responses! They are very helpful, and they confirm my thinking on the hand. I indeed made a half pot sized Cbet, and he called. I put him on Kx at that point. The turn was a vanilla card, so at that point I shoved. He called me with K9s, and all was good... until is king landed on the river. It was frustrating, but in hearing your responses I feel like I made the right move regardless. Can't win them all, but if your strategy is sound you'll win in the long run, am I right?

Thanks again, and best of luck to you all!

Yes, vanilla is a blank. It's late, and I drew a blank on the word blank for a card that is meaningless.

You had to go allin here preflop.
You hade a perfect stack for it.

After this flop...go allin...
