$2 NL HE STT Turbo: ICM scenario- can't figure it out

I'm trying to use SnG power tools to figure out how to analyze this ICM situation, but it's giving me conflicting info. I believe the EV diff is -0.7%, making this a fold. This percentage includes that I am putting him on a fairly wide range (22+, A2o+, KTs+). Correct to fold here?

full tilt poker Game #19420609575: $2 + $0.25 Sit & Go (Turbo) (148142932), Table 1 - 200/400 - No Limit Hold'em - 17:19:58 ET - 2010/03/20
Seat 2: BluffMan573 (4,980)
Seat 6: Jared0o0 (2,440)
Seat 9: Sphinx878 (6,080)
Jared0o0 posts the small blind of 200
Sphinx878 posts the big blind of 400
The button is in seat #2
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Sphinx878 [3h Ac]
BluffMan573 folds
Jared0o0 raises to 2,440, and is all in
??????

Yes it is correct to fold here. You have to widen opponents shoving range to 30%+ before you could entertain a call.

Seems like a fold. if it was a reg, you can probably call, knowing that hes shoving wide.. against a bad player, hes probably not shoving wide enough to make this a call.. probably A7+ id call
