$2 NL HE Deep Stacked: QQ in SB.

Play canny well in a MTT, but i was tired so my level of play was dropping.

(Not sure y i do it, but i make sure i only play small stakes when playin tired)

Came 252/1040. 216 places paid. Is this the bubble area?

Villan 1 (UTG) has a VP$IP: 26 PFR: 11% AF: 4.3. This dude was loose and i have re-raised his raises to make him fold b4. I put him on ATs+ 88+ KJs+

Villan 2 (MP2) has only been at the table for 10 hands and was loose/passive.

So i thought i'd try try make it look like a squeeze with a decent back-up.

Would u make this move?

poker stars, $2.20 Buy-in (125/250 blinds, 25 ante) NL Hold'em Tourney, 9 Players

With the range you put UTG on and UTG stats, yes, I'd do this everytime. Now it is possible that MP2 being passive was slow playing AA/KK but MP2 could easily also have AK, 77-JJ.

This is just a bit too early to be considered as bubble time.

very standard shove, in this situation against these types of players it is the best possible play here.

Aye i thought this shove was the best possible play considering my pos, stack sizes, play from villan 1, pos in the tourney, I thougt this is a decent +EV shove.

Villa 1 shows TT, Villan 2 shows JJ
I was like, YES my QQ looks great! \o/

Flop came xxT and the rest was low cards.

Either way if I just called the PR bet, all 3 of us were gonna get it in on the flop.

Dam lucky T lol.

Shove is the best move. Only 2 hands can be better and you don't think UTG is a strong player. I don't think 10 hands is enough to get a grasp of a player myself.

Clearly shoving is the best move there and you could see by the action that it was. You made the right play but got unlucky.
