Not necessarily, but it would depend whether the villain is a calling station. If so, I won't do it.

On a different note, I would have shoved it pre-flop.

I would probably just shove pre flop. As played, obviously of these stack sizes it can never be bad getting in a nut flush draw.

With your short stack flop better play flop check/raise on this board. But when you cbet flop, turn better pot control, now you already behind here vs many range hands.
