$2.50 NLHE MTT Turbo: A10o in BB villian range?

In a lot of videos coaches say to do this raise size because it is suspect and will not lead to a lot of resistance. So that's my gut impression when I see someone do that here.

Is my thinking wrong?

Villain raise to 4BB leaving 3BB behind is bizarre enough to make me think that he has a top of range hand. Still not sure I would find a fold though...

If he had pushed and everyone else had folded I wouldn't hesitate to call.

Without statistics it is very difficult to say something, it all depends on the style of opponent. If he tight need fold, if lose need shove.

Probably depends if villian is a reg or a fish. If it is a reg i'm shoving. If it is a fish you can find a fold, you don't have fold equity and will be able to find a better spot, a fish often screams he's strong here. A reg is making it 4bb with 7bb to look stronger (or he's leveling you and balancing it).
