Situations like this are why I generally don't like raising pre from the small blind. We've built a bloated pot out of position, and now we reach the river not knowing where we're at. I would prefer limp/calling pre, check/calling flop, check/calling turn, and then probably check/folding that river.

As played, I don't like betting the river. We have showdown value, and we're never getting called by worse.

imo the raise pre is good - you'll steel the blinds many times and against most hands you have a lead.

the cbet is pretty standard to me.

turn bet is ok for me as well (you made a hand and he's gonna call your cbet with a wider range).

on the river i would check/fold - many hands beat you know but there is no reason for a bluff with your pair.
