This is a $2.5 turbo tournament; 6th place will receive $5.5, 5th place and above will receive tournament tickets worth $12.

We have a mix of TAG, LAG and LAP players at the table; The opponent is loose-aggressive (about 30/20/1.5).

I know I'm ahead of his range, but do we need to insist on it? I mean, I have enough chips to wait a bit and save my chips for a better situation where I can go first, but if I push all in here, I know he'll pretty much have to call with what's left only 1700.

So should we push or fold?

Your hand history is very difficult to read. So next time maybe read the guide about how to share a hand and use the hand converted. Anyway as I understand the bubble of a satellite with the small twist, that 6. place only gets $5.5, while top 5 get a ticket worth $12. So two players need to bust, before its over. Even so I think, AK is a clear fold here. I would not assume, that the opponent has a range for putting in half his chips and then folding. Except maybe if multible people behind him go all-in. So you dont have fold equity, and when 3 players have shorter stacks than you, accumulating extra chips has very little value for you. So you want to look for spots to open shove with fold equity rather than calling off other players.

In satties there is a very simple math rule to follow in these spots close to the ticket
We estimate our chances of winning a seat based on stack sizes then look at our equity in the hand vs range to decide to play or not.

In this spot it would seem we have approx a 60% chance of getting a seat does AK have more than 60% equity vs the V's range?
Vs pairs we are 50-50 will the V bet half their stack with many worse AX hands?

This is where Equilab a free program is excellent for study purposes- Take the time to create a range for the V then see if AK has 60% vs that range.
After you do post the range here in the thread and we can discuss your range estimation analysis which is a very strong skill to have.

Thanks, where can I find this guide?
