Full Tilt - $2+0.25 $2 + $0.25 Sit & Go (#213784236) - Blinds: 25/50 No Limit Hold'em (8 players)
Full Tilt Hand Converter Tool from CardsChat.com

SB: t1,540
BB: t1,310
UTG: t2,455
MP: t645
MP+1 Hero: t1,210
MP+2: t1,300
CO: t2,030
BTN: t3,010

Pre-flop: (t75) Hero is MP+1 and dealt :qd4: :qh4:
UTG folds, MP calls t50, Hero raises t200, 2 folds, BTN calls t200, 2 folds, MP calls t150

Flop: (t675) :6c4: :kc4: :4d4: (3 players)
MP checks, Hero ????

I find myself in these situations a lot and no matter what I decide to do, I feel shaky on it; and I don't like indecision in my play. My preflop raise was standard. Villians' stats: Button: 71/29/47 over 35 hands; MP: 64/5/38 over 22 hands. So both have a really large range here. Should I bet and if so, how much?

Definitely check here. With two players in the hand and one having position on you, we would need a much larger stack to be willing to toss out a bet. The success rate of a bet is low and if/when you're called, you are basically relegated to giving up against any aggression.

If you want to bet it should be more of a value bet than anything, which would be small...like around 1/4 pot or so
