Fold pre imo. You can call behind if your QJ is suited. But yeah, I would never raise this here personally. As played, it might be tempting to continue with the hand on the flop, but folding is certainly the prudent move.

I think fold pre here definately. Ok to raise if it was folded to you but with 2 limpers ahead fold.

as played I think you have to fold the flop also. a bet and a raise in front almost certainly means your hand is no good. I mean its possible raiser has J 9 or something but most of the time you are beat, let it go.

Thanks, I definitely agree I should've folded pre. It's just that I've seen a lot of limp/folds at the $2.25 games and I started this game in a rather arrogant mood.

I was wondering though, what kind of range does a decent player call UTG with?

If a player feels it's a passive game, they'll limp with all pairs UTG, maybe some suited broadway. It could also be an opponent trying to trap with AA/KK.

I'll add another vote to the fold preflop cause, as played I think we have to fold the flop too. AJ is unlikely (though possible), KJ is a lot more likely (given how awful the average $2 player is) and sets are definitely a possibility given this is such an obvious line for one to take.

At this level all sorts of stuff can limp-call in early position preflop, two paint, suited connectors and small-medium pairs probably feature heavily in the villan's range. We're still ahead of some of it but our hand is marginal enough that we're probably better off saving our chips and just letting these two go at it.
