Either shove or fold here. If this were a larger buy-in non-turbo I'd say a raise to 1800 is another option but being a $2 turbo IMHO you need to shove here. You will be called by lesser hands but the UTG min-raise is worrisome as this will often be AA/KK and especially so in a turbo.

Good I knew I made a good shove. UTG turned over KK and camarosherry flipped up aces. Needless to say I was ****ed

Yeah, that's just very unlucky. There was like t1,100 in the pot, which is worth playing for. Plus, you have a hand that plays very well against everyone's range, but it tricky to play post-flop if you whiff. Just jam, a large amount of the time, you will take the pot uncontested, or will be no worse than 50/50 to win a huge pot.

LOL at having 2 slow players in the same hand, would have served them right to have you flop the ST8 and bust them both.

the result is irrelevant, shove here all day everyday, your either picking up the dead money, or your alot of the time getting called light. Your getting it in good most the time. Folding here is just so nitty, anyone that folds here, you are a nit, and i will always refer to you as a monster nit from now on. its $2 remember.
