I would advise against opening with baby pairs unless in LP.
However if you do it and get reraised like this a fold is in order.

Let it go. Even heads up against the 3-better, you are either 80/20 or 50/50. (The only reasonable time you are not is if they are 3-betting with 22 or 33 in which case you are ahead.)

To make things worse, Oki still has to act. If you call this 3-bet, Oki could come over the top with a 4-bet. Even if Oki calls, you could be facing 4 overcards to your 44 in which case your win percentage seriously drops further. The only thing that would make you feel good is set-mining (12% of the time) or flopping 2 pair (2% of the time).
