Pre: Is the 2,5bb raise ok or should we raise 3x due to BB having quite a big stack and SB quite a short one or doesn't really matter :)

Anyway, how would u have played the hand postflop? I don't really like SB flatting there.. but yeah ..would u slowplay one street or was the shove preferable..

Hindsight is 20/20, but I think you played it fine. The flop is scary when BB flats, but w/o information on your reads, its hard to say, but I am also pushing here w/o reads telling me to fold. I would not slowplay here at all.
Looks like SB doing a stop n go (and he hates it that BB flatted too)

I don't think him faltting the flop is scary at all. I might flat but he's probably never folding a J there anyway so may as well just get it in. I'd raise to 400 pre though.

I would raise 3x pre flop, but post flop I would do the same play. It's pretty unlikely that the SB called with a 4x, probably he had pair of jacks.

2.5X is all good preflop IMO and getting it in all day on that flop. Well played sir!

I play it the same and 2.5x is fine preflop - it's an easy call if either of the blinds chooses to shove over us and we'll still be able to get either of them in postflop if they just flat.
