Villain seems like a fairly standard multi-tabler. What I'm trying to work out is if this smallish raise is ever anything other than a monster trying to induce a shove - is this ever AK, do we even want it to be AK and do we have any options other than folding?

1 fold, Hero raises to t210, MP requests TIME, 2 folds, BTN raises to t400, 2 folds, Hero wonders WWKLD?

The pot is 730 chips after he raises, leaving him with 550 and you with 1195. It's 190 to call for 730 ~4:1, but he won't be folding to a shove or any flop probably. Anyways I don't ever like flatting here so its either a shove or fold. The only thing you beat here is AK/AQ and are likely crushed by the rest of his 3-betting range, apart from 99-TT but I can't guess at his range without stats. It's still fairly early on and you have 15BB's left if you fold. I think there may be better spots
