Hero???.

By this point I am committed. Should I shove and hope he calls with some random hand or check and try to see a river for free? anything that has me beat is going to bet out and I will be priced in to call.

The bet on the flop wasn't entirely necessary but also wasn't that bad. The problem with betting so much(or really betting at all) is that you are going to end up committed just like you found yourself...except it's in a pot with a far from premium hand and you're out of position. You did have the nice running flush/straight draws to pick up so that's certainly a bonus and it's the only reason that I'd ever find myself betting at this flop.

On the turn it comes down to how many outs he could really have...And the answer is: not many. You've got the T and all of the clubs on your side, you've got a 9 as a blocker against possible straight draws, and you've got top pair with a solid kicker. Either he's ahead of you right now and you're drawing, or you're ahead of him and he's got really a maximum of 6 outs unless he has a hand as good as AJ with the same club draw as you. That being said, there aren't many rivers you're terribly afraid of...so just get some value from him and if something weird comes on the turn check/call whatever he does (quite often you'll end up tricking someone into bluffing).

Its an interesting spot.
I'm not sure about this one.

I think the pot sized flop bet is over the top and a bet of about 100 is more logical.

On the turn betting doesn't really seem great because mostly I think only stronger hands will call, except maybe Q10.
Its not likely with K2-K6.

I'd probably take the check calling option on the turn.
