So my questions are as follows, should I ever bet river for value here?
How much should I bet, If the answer Is yes?
Should I ever fold to a river Reshove since I don't be much, and I doubt this player ever bluffs this type of a river?
Should I have 3bet rather than flatting, as to not get myself Into such a mess?

FYI this was with less than 30 players left when this situation came up.

Little Info about the player, passive loose type of a player, doesn't make moves, Is a Fit/Fold type of player. Over all weak, So I'm unsure how to take his river check+the fact that they called pre and post flop bet, but Checked turn+River, I just don't know.

I'm always betting this river as played. Villain can have plenty of Kx and if he's really loose passive he's never folding those hands. Just bet something around half pot.

If we get raised, especially from a passive player, it's just an obvious fold.

No need to 3-bet pre unless you think the original raiser is opening too light and you want to punish him, but it doesn't really look like that's the case.

I don't know why you think this is a mess, I would expect to have the best hand on this river a large percentage of the time. Sure, sometimes they've got a slow-played boat or flush or whatever, but you can't be afraid of the monster under the bed.

Ok, so here's my next question, assuming we were to bet around H.P aren't we than pricing ourselves into making the call since we are getting around 3.5:1?

Then bet smaller? I didn't really look closely at the stack sizes. But even if you were getting 3 to 1 on the river it's still an obvious fold. You would be getting a good price, but villain is probably never check-jam bluffing the river so you probably never win.

I wouldn't worry about pricing yourself to call against a passive player, just bet/fold something on the river, up to 1/2 pot is fine

39,999/fold since we're looking for thin calls.
