Preflop
Standard open.

Flop
Low flops are often problematic for a big overpair, when stacks are this deep. I think, solvers might actually want to check here a decent amount of the time in a multiway pot. But with that being said a standard C-bet cant be that bad. However when he raise, I would just call that raise and look to make some decisions later. Instead you 3-bet jam, which is a massive overbet, and I think, this is a pretty major spew. The SPR (Stack to Pot Ratio) is around 10, which is way to much to stack off with just a single pair. When you get action here, you are almost always behind to two pair or a set, or you are against some big combodraw like T9 of diamonds. Which is exactly, what ended up happening.

Very interesting and accurate analysis. Thanks. Really also spazz. I was also afraid that there would be a draw flush and draw straight or Ax later on the turn to river and after calling it I would be very much committed with pot and have no idea how to play. Other than that, his play in this tournament was mediocre despite being a good mid-stakes winning player. Here, however, he played for fun the game a lot and most of his stats were poor, including a high 3bet. This irritated me even more. From the assumption of his game, I immediately rejected the set, because with his style of play, he would have called me on the flop, not raised. Additionally, I believe he could have had A8, JJ, TT, 99, JT, T9 and all draw here as well with which he would have played exactly the same way and then he would have also called my massive overbet because he was a loose average player in this game and his stats were way off the mark of a professional LAG player. Some tiredness, spazz, irritation towards him, lack of idea for further turn play and assumption about his game as above caused me to, decide on such a huge overbet counting also on higher value and wanting to be called by him. With another sane player, I'd rather actually control the pot to the river.

I would have played it the same way.
Based on Villain's statistics, you could have expected something like this when re-raising the flop, that he found something with his flush connected card, or he has a set, but I would have gone all-in there as well (in case he only has a draw combo, or he's just trying) or comes a saving river set for me. 😁

Of course it is, why are you in doubt?

Yes, sometimes you have to tame the players. Unfortunately, I have a problem with this, also resulting from life, that I respect humility and I love being aggressive in the face of aggression. It still loses this me. But I don't mind it. In life, gentleness is useful, but in poker I believe that maximum aggression is the basis of the game.

For sure - at least that's what the pros say: be more aggressive.

At 6+ (the last game) you played like a beast; insane game. However, there can be problems. :)

Possible soul. What do you expect from me? Looking for extra attention? How can I help you? Do you want a virtual hug from me my soul?

@georgi krastev Since you have gently started playing with my vibrators, I have a question. How old is your soul? Remember, honey, I'm not asking you how old you are because it's totally irrelevant. How old is your soul?
