I recently played in a live tournament and this hand changed the event for me.

I had about 56000T. Villian is shortstack at table with 32000T.

Action in hand is
Folded to CO (villian) who calls 1600.
BTN calls 1600.
SB folds.
BB is hero with 9h9d.

Hero: ???

Assume any raise will force CO to jam and BTN to fold. Or don't. I assumed as much when I made my decision.

CO is stacking off often preflop (blinds are about to go up and levels are fast) and BTN is trying to see cheap flops as chip leader.,

Depends on payouts and stuff, how far from bubble. Is CO loose? Is he limping with big hands?

We'd much rather have AK here frankly; 99 is pretty close but I think I'd go-and-go.
