$10 NL HE: Two hands facing all ins

First one is rather weird, Villain is 16/13/5.0 over 60 hands and I have not seen him open shove before. He has 60% steal but this is only over 5 chances. At this stage I have just over 20bbs, is this an opportunity missed if you fold? Or is he trying to make this look like a bluff to get value from his AA, KK?

Same tournament, nearing the bubble. 83 started, 9 get paid. To me this looks like a steal attempt. His stats are 23/21 over 100 hands but his steal is just 41% out of 17 chances.

If I was in his position, I would think that bb is re raising any standard raise that you make from SB with a very wide range but this means you would have to call almost half your stack with marginal cards. If you shove however you make bb make the decision for his tournament life so he will be folding a lot.

So am I right in thinking that I should open up my range a lot here? If so how far?

Pretty sure im snapping the first one.

Second one, were not calling this, but a range of like A9s+ 77+ would be alright i guess. Kind of depends on payout structures etc, if the blinds are about to escalate, as well as the read on that particular opponant.
