I woud have checked the river. It's very possible he has an Ace and he was slowplaying it on the turn.

I agree. I wouldn't have bet the river because probably the only thing that calls me is a hand that beats me.

I think you did it right, the 160 bet looks like a value bet, if he doesnt have an A (or he isnt making a move) he folds to the bet. Did you have anykind of read on this guy?

No, I think you were right to call the flop bet and it's still possible you have the best hand. What I'm saying though is by betting on the river, I doubt you're making any more money because a weak hand won't call and a strong hand is only going to raise. I understand betting for value or to find out if you're hand's any good, but in this situation (after the river) the only hand that calls you is one that has you beat.

I think he smelled weakness in your hand with a really scary board. Calling his river move would've been the wrong move. But I would put this guy on possibly JJ or QQ and he decided to take a chance with them.

I would be really worried with the A on the flop and his bet to you. The call was probably alright if you had hit your set but without it you were right to fold on the river.

I don't like the call on the flop, just let it go. You are rarely ahead here (it's extremely likely he either has an A, a bigger pair, or atleast a bigger heart), and with that bet on the flop I don't see him going anywhere with a reraise. Just fold.

i would also fold that hand after the flop base on the size of his bet... he's trying to take out a possible runner. QQ or KK on his hand. you called may be because you were also hoping for a flush draw but 10 is not enough for a kicker too...

I'm not sure I liked the way you played this hand, Pre-Flop was fine but I think on that flop you might have to let the hand go, you are probablly beat. Also On the river, I would try to check it down, as he may just be playing an Ace with a weak kicker.

This a very hard hand to play but I think I wouldve gone all-in since I was pot commited on the river. You just cant fold after spending so much money on a hand and not see what he had. I think I wouldve gone all-in on the flop to try and make him think I have a big heart and im confident with it. It was a very tough and to play.
