Shove preflop.

As played, it is probably unlikely anyone calls without a pair.

bet on the flop is a waste of time.. its def check/fold for me.. your raise sizing could be smaller preflop too. my std raise at this level is somewhere between 150-180... if they are going to call its not going to matter if you make it 240 or 360 here.. they will still call and or raise.. so by making it smaller you keep the pot small.. keep your cbet small also..

as played. i check/fold the flop most likely.. two players with position and a board that should connect with one of their hands.. no point getting involved..

your bet sizing is way too small. the bet looks weak, is weak and also is pretty much a waste of time.. desperate river bluff is just gifting chips.. he obv aint folding and you cant represent anything with the board pairing...

I don't mind the 4xBB raise preflop *IF* 4xBB is your normal raise. I agree with WiZZiM that you need to check/fold the flop as it's 90%+ that one of the other 4 hit that flop. This is not a spot to c-bet in a tournament. And I agree that your bet sizing is poor. In most cases, when you bet the flop you should be betting an amount that will mean something and have a reason behind the bet. Your 17% raise only serves to inflate the pot and you have no reason to do so.

Shove preflop?? Thats just ****in stupid. Why risk your chips here.

And you definately overplayed AK. You should just fold if you dont hit anything.

it isnt THAT bad... lol.. remember its a dollar sng.. if we shove here its probably not great considering we have 30bb's.. BUT you will most likely get calls from worse hands.. making it profitable.. AQ AJ A10 most likely calls. KQ maybe and even worse id say.. of course better hands call as well. lots of pairs any pair higher than 10's will call. perhaps even as low as 55 here depending on how bad the player is..
