Why is it, everytime I pick up aces I get the worse possible flops in the world?! :D

Anyway, this guy had 44VP$IP and 0 PFR over 30 hands..

Pre Flop: (t300) Hero is UTG with A <font color='red'>♥</font> A <font color='black'>♣</font>
Hero raises to t600, 3 folds, BTN calls t600, 2 folds

Flop: (t1500) Q <font color='black'>♣</font> J <font color='red'>♥</font> T <font color='black'>♠</font> (2 players)
Hero bets t1125, BTN raises to t5540 all in, Hero folds

Final Pot: t3750
BTN wins t3750

As you can see, I folded the hand..

I thought it was well within his range suited conns/high gap cards, etc etc...

Good/Bad fold? Not sure If I should of just shoved the flop but I bet 75% of the pot to rid the draws and showed aggression, if I'm shoved on in this spot, I think I think I'm behind most of the time or not?

Really? I'd of thought even a pot sized bet might of been better if indeed someone has a drawn?

Do you fold/call here though?

Same discussion we've been having over and over again, if you open raise smaller in general (to 450 or 500 in this case) you can c-bet smaller and you've lost a lot less overall when you're forced to fold.

Whether we should be folding AA on this flop is another question entirely of course. We can't be folding this without giving our opponent credit for having a better hand the majority of the time. K9 / 98 for the made straight are a long shot, sets are weird since QQ probably re-raises us preflop and I think a lot of the time JJ / TT does too.

There are no flush draws out and we're holding two of the outs for any Kx straight draws. Getting in against a straight draw would be perfectly fine here.

On the other hand villain could easily be pushing TPTK, a pair and a draw or bluffing on a sort of scary board. And we've got gutshot outs against two pair / sets / made straights. I'm probably calling this.
