Chance of someone having an overpair to your JJ is Number of people left to act, multiplied by number of higher ranked pairs, divided by two.

Included the limper in left to act, I'll estimate 5. 5 x 3 (QQ, KK, AA) = 15, divided by 2 = 7.5%

7.5% (or 1/13) that someone will have a higher pair and have you dominated.

Can estimate their range at something like this (ignoring the limp):

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 55.607% 54.79% 00.81% 489760068 7266216.00 { JJ }
Hand 1: 44.393% 43.58% 00.81% 389530188 7266216.00 { 99+, ATs+, ATo+ }

So fine play.

I also agree that you played in right and the likelihood of others having a overpair is very small and you got your money allin with you ahead of your opponent in most cases!
