It's a routine fold.
You have a big stack. You can abuse this situation by pushing around smaller stacks and making them fold preflop when in fact they are 40/60 or 60/40, or whatever against your hand. You don't make best use of the situation by calling off large portions of your stack, even if you're a slight favourite against villain's range.
If villain turns up QJs and shoves here you should probably still fold.
