I would have bet more pre flop, maybee 1200 or 1600. But you made the right laydown with possible trips and 2 overs on the board

Tournament or SnG? Either way, when you raise pre, raise a good amount. In this case a riase to at least 1600 is in order, but if you are going to raise 30% of your stack you may as well just shove preflop cause if you get called you will most likely face at least 1 overcard, more likely 2 overcards on the flop and be in an awkward spot. Not sure what ICM would say about a shove if this is a SnG but if its a MTT, shove preflop. As played, never bet/fold the turn. Awful flop bet too.

in this situation you have 2 good options. you make just a call, and if you missed the flop, then fold, or you make a big raise to steal blinds...a minimum raise i think is a very bad move. when i have a pair under Jacks, i make just a call or i steal blinds. is no other option for me.

This is a classic example of the pitfalls by raising to the minimum in preflop action. You are the big stack here, show em why and make em pay to see a board. Raise to 3 - 3 1/2 x BB, especially on the button.
