SB has 16 hands played: VPIP 31 PFR 6 Limp 13 Post flop AGG 1 Fold to Flop C-bet 25

How should I played this hand differently? Is my pre-flop raise to small? Should I C-bet smaller? Is a bet on the turn good from me in this spot?

Seems like a very standard hand, and I dont think, you really did anything wrong at all. Just because we end up losing, does not mean, we made mistakes. For me the only decision in this hand, which is somewhat close, is the flop. Its a decent flop to C-bet with only one high card, but you are against two opponents, you dont have any backdoor draw, and you also have showdown value with AQ. So while the C-bet is ok, it would not be crazy to check behind and take a free card either.

Yes I think your pre flop raise was too small 2,5 - 3 bb's was better.
Not loving the c-bet on this flop that hits blinds ranges hard.
Check and try to hit an ace on the turn seems better to me.
