$1.10 NL HE Deep Stacked: Flush vs. Possible Boat

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 46/7/1

Villian is real laggy and loves to call down. He min raises from UTG and it folds to me in late position. I really just wanted to see a cheap flop here so I just called. It's heads up on the flop. (sorry no conversion, couldn't get stox to work or firefox's hand fire converter)

Why are we not raising the flop?
I explained why I didn't re-raise in the OP

Guess I don't see it either. You said villain liked to call down to the river and here we have villain leading out instead of calling down. I'd be much more worried about villain having a Kh and letting him counterfit our flush than villain having 44 or 77 and hitting a FH. You hit the flush and you have an opponent that will call bets, so BET.

He's calling with ANY ace. Get it in now before another heart falls.

^^^ x2. If he's real laggy he might even be doing it w/ the J of hearts, but the K is more likely.

Sorry marginal, I misunderstood you. I thought you were asking why I didn't raise pre-flop. I didn't raise the flop because I figured him for AK or AQ. I didn't really want to go crazy right there.

I had seen enough of him to know if he hit, had the 4th heart come down. So I was taking a chance there, but I felt I could get away from my hand if another heart fell and he bet out strong.

This really strikes me as 'scared poker'. The hands we need to be worried about are A4, A7, 44, 77, AA with the minraise UTG I would highly discount everything except the AA and even then I'd have expected this opponent to only call preflop and not min-raise. You are in the mid stages of the tournament and are probably a bit under the average stack. You've hit 2nd nut flush and have an opponent that likes to call bets. You should want to get chips committed now. I think you need to raise his flop lead, 750-800.
