100 BBs deep
One important thing to remember while deepstacked
Having the ace high flush is very important when the chips start flying in

Augurk checked to me and I decided to go with the overbet of 120 into the 90 pot

Augurk min clicks it back 240
I happily agree to the inflation of the pot
and am eager to get a read on him on the turn

He bets out of position pot

So to me I felt a pot size bet may be KsKc or AsAc AcJs AsJc JJ AcQs AcKs 89 Ac8
But I was also well aware of the possibility that he had the higher flush sb vs bb

The Pot Turn sizing is what got me off guard
plus I was still drawing to the absolute nuts

The River........................................................
The all in and how fast he acted was what confused me
I've seen alot of non flush value hands do that or woulda been a crazy bluff

I want you guys to eat me alive please
I am better than that

Give me your full review
plz and ty

fine then I'll do the review myself.

You bet over pot on a three card flush flop

AND got Raised

Ask yourself wtf is he doing that with?

Flush AAc set

This is the Championship game and he bets POT on the turn
Then he shoves all instantly on the river
You deserved to lose this game

You made the read on the flop he had the flush
yet you called all in on the river with second best in the championship game

YOU SUCK

LOL love how you ripped yourself🤕 however it may not be the most productive strategy----

The key it seems to me here is that you made an emotional decision in game and continued to be very emotional in this post. Emotion is good but not when it hinders our growth

When we believe we know how to act in the moment but do not act it is because we are focused on the wrong outcome-by making sure we are always focused on the correct outcome we will reduce our emotional actions--

In this spot the emotion seems to be to win the hand because we have a flush- the true goal is to win the tournament so if we fold here on the turn or river we lose the hand- possibly to worse but we are alive to win the tournament

Mantras are helpful- in this spot yours could be "a good hand is not good enough to go broke"

Love a mantra!
but I think someone has steered you wrong in MTT theory
The only Mantra I sing is for the God of Destruction, Shiva Shambo

Let me enlighten you

I was focused on the incorrect outcome?
idk what that means to ranges and GTO play
My emotions made me call?
I have thousands of hours of study time in

what leaves impressions, for you to think that of me? emotion and no brain>
so I should just fold... without reasoning....?

GTO and solver theory would crush me into the ground with half their air range

Making this spot a 100% fold is a blunder

Competing against mods and admins of the Replay poker site was a blunder as well lol

"the true goal is to win the tournament so if we fold here on the turn or river we lose the hand- possibly to worse but we are alive to win the tournament" -Eeteenor

Alive to do what?
Win by?
folding alot?

getting blinded and then flipping with a shortstack?

Just my personal opinion
but thats not how you win a MTT

CAUTION*
Here comes some emotion lol*

Wanna see what a solver does in that spot?
Or any person in the world?

Anyone besides me playing the hand,
would have been all in on the flop

Anyone besides me wouldn't be doing a hand review of it objectively either

it would be a cooler and thats all......... to everyone.......... but me

Who thinks about folding a flopped flush with a gutshot straight flush draw in the BB?

Was hoping Hellmuth or someone could fill me in on how to spot the difference between Ac Jd and Ac3c
advanced nuances of player tendancys and whatnot

I wanted to know how to win that spot 95% of the time and fold 5%

Not how to fold 100% of the time against any GTO play

I won every game for 7 weeks straight last year in the 2022 Replay Championship
Wanna see my custom hoodie?

Back to back Grand Finals 22-23

Emotions?
thats my secret...

Phill Hellmuth is known as the Brat
because every MTT
means more to him than anyone else participating in it
