Im trying to pick up as much info as I can so any thoughts here would be appreciated.

shoving on the flop is not a good move since if any of the two players have a 10 then they will call you. Continuation bet here is also not really necessary so check the flop and if both of them check back then reevaluate on the turn. Try to reach a cheap showdown since any of the two could have slow played an over pair easily.
Whatever the flop comes all in is not recommended no matter how favourable the flop is for you. Betting 30 to 50 percent of pot rather than just risking all your chips is better in my mind.

This seems like overly simplistic thinking. It's likely a T will call, but that doesn't take into account how likely or unlikely it is that anyone has one based on the pre-flop action plus any applicable reads on the opponents.
