one question:
The tournament is a 0,5$ buy-in SnG of 45 players. We are 8 players left and 7 get paid.

I get dealt AJs in lowjack and shove based on effective stack. Do you agree the decision was ok? Or should I have folded due to ICM and playing tighter on the bubble?

This is a tough spot. I personally probably would have waited until one of the short stacks would be eliminated to get into the money and then try to double up. But I understand players who are short at the bubble but not the shortest and try to double up rather than to min cash. It is just not my style.
To make it short: No, I do not think that you did a mistake there, it was just unfortunate. But to fold and to wait until the shorts are out is at least equally smart, imho

This is a completely fine jam, and you just happened to get ambushed by someone behind you waking up with a premium hand. Thats part of the game and nothing to worry about. Just register for the next one and grind on
