$0.25 NL HE: Pocket Js with A on the board

A little context. It's early in the tourney, barely the first blind level, and I'm handed JJ in EP, so I've got no reads. But in my experience, a lot of people in these microstakes SnGs tend to play a little loose early, trying to double up. I call a re-raise and see an A fall on the board, to which the PF raiser now makes a big bet... what's your take? Hand is below, and thanks in advance!

Ok

Your screwed like you said you can't get a read and by him reraising you almost have to put him on ace king or big pocket pair in which either way your screwed so just fold. Its too early to gamble plenty of time to make it up

Early on believe their bets until they prove otherwise or you have a large HH against the opponent.

Fold. This early in the tourney who knows what he has-you have to give him credit for the A.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I indeed ended up folding. He had AQ. But my Jack fell on the river so I would have tripped him. Although frustrating, i believe I made the right decision. Thanks again for all the comments!

Best, T.

i have no clue why you lead the flop into 2 ppl when almost any ace is the nuts early in a low level buy in sng now you have no choice but to fold also i would be very happy just shoveing preflop and getting it in as ppls ranges for calling you are gonna be uber wide

absolulty fold...is obvious he have a big pocket, or an ace...
your hand is weak in this hand, only with a huge luck you can win the pot, to hit a J on turn or river, but is too riski...so fold.

The flop came with one of the cards you did not want to see. Fold your JJ. Too many people in these tourneys will raise with A, rag on a consistent basis.. They have watched way to much poker on TV, not understanding how those have played out watching some pros playing A,rag. But they have reads on their tables, and are working their position

i have no clue why you lead the flop
IMO, it's just good poker to make a standard c-bet of about half the pot to see where you stand, and his c-bet did just that, which makes this an easy laydown as he has the info he was fishing for with the c-bet.

auto-fold. There is too much action in the hand and you have to know that there`s a huge chance that at least one of them has you beat.

Insta-Fold. There is a huge chance that one of the 2 has an ace or a better pair than yours.
