I think you can bet a little more pre flop, 3x its fine.
When CO raises, here is push or fold, if not you stay very short.
In flop i think is ok push.

I would likely just fold it pre in a 25cent tourney.

Once you've chosen to raise you need to fold to the 3-bet. You're not deep enough to set-mine here and you'll be OOP postflop.

Once you've chosen to call this preflop & hit a set, I'd likely be crai. (depends on villain)

You could check the flop but that is risk situation, because maybe the both of them check and than you give them chance to make straight or flush.
If I was on your place I will do the same like you, raise on the flop because I will afraid that CO or UTG+1 maybe have two hearts and wait a flush.
For my opinion you make correct move.

I beg to differ with you. After the flop a check would have been a better play as CO would have more often than not raised seeing the two players check. U have flopped a monster hand and need to get maximum value of your hand. Its not good to chase away opponents fearing flush draw. I would prefer check raise in these situations.

Either flat call or raise 3BB preflop would have been a better play. Also flat calling 3bet out of position will bleed you more in the long run so a fold or a shove would have been better decision. Personally i think folding is the right play here.
