I used to play football as a hobby here where I live, now I just go for walks.

Swimming! This is a great alternative to running!

Powerlifting.

Everyone should do some form of resistance training. The ROI is insane.

I love sports and do a lot of things. I like cycling as cardio, so I ride my bike several times a week. I also play basketball and tennis. Now I have been going to the gym for more than 2 years and doing powerlifting. I lift different weights to exercise different muscle groups. I've gained a good amount of weight, but for some reason my progress has stopped. I've already tried a lot of things like revising my training plan, diet and rest. I take various nutritional supplements like amino acids and vitamins, but it's all in vain. I'm afraid to give up training because of demotivation.

By the way, my friends at the gym take Anavar. They have really impressive results and advise me to try it. They say it's a safe steroid with no side effects. Does anyone have experience with this or similar drugs? What do you think about it in general?

Yes, sure. I love basketball, running, bikes. I always watch on TV or live, also I play or drive/run myself. Extremely good chance to refresh your mind and body.
